Inspected the unit and found ice inside the liner of the door causing the line to the dispenser to freeze up. Concluded that the only way that that was happening was there was some sort of hole in the line. Provided an estimate to the customer to replace line. Customer approved. Replaced line and advised the customer to run it through a 24 hour defrost. All checks OK; used 1 242220119 (FILL TUBE) from stock
