"Inspected unit and found the wash motor and dryer portion of the unit faulty. Parts are showing no longer available from the manufacture. Called McGregor management advising this will not be a good repair and it shows parts and a longer available, recommending the unit be replaced. The unit is 20+ years old and located in the kitchen. MMP is going to replace the unit."
