Checked unit over found unit not getting hot water to washer. Fixed water valve, shut offs werent allowing water to machine. Ran through whites and unit filled and agitated. Checks ok

Spoke with tenant and found that the agitator was still slipping and would not agitate properly. Unit needs new agitator.

Checked unit over front of unit had a shorted heater assembly. Disassembled unit and replaced heater assembly. Unit checks OK

Installed all provided parts and ran to test. Unit is operating as it should. All ok.

Customer states that unit would power up but wont start. When I arrived unit started fine with no issues. Tried several times and it would not act up. Voltage is correct. Unable to duplicate concern of no start.

Customer states that regardless of load type or size unit is out of balance. Inspected tub and found no obvious signs for out of balance. Unable to duplicate concern of out of balance. Advised customer on load size and cycle selection.

Customer stated that unit wont start. Powers up but wont tumble. Inspected unit and found blower housing thermal fuse shorted open. Replaced fuse and ran to test. Unit tumbles and heats as it should. Advised customer to have vent cleaned to prevent heat build up.

Replaced parts, checks ok

Installed new display and cycled buttons to test. All ok. All functions of dispenser work as they should.

Upon arrival customer was not home. Called and she said she was told by GE that she would have a different time frame and a different company. Canceled service.

"Inspected the unit and found the fresh food temperature on the top shelf at 41 degrees and the lower shelf at 32 degrees. The top two shelves were packed and organized in a way that does not allow for good airflow through the upper shelves. Checked temperature in the freezer and found the average temp at 5 degrees and cooling without issues. Checked the fan in the freezer section and it was running without issues. Checked the dampener motor and found it opening and closing with temperature changes from the dispenser, the temperature sensor in the fresh food section recognized the temperature change and opened/closed the dampener door as needed. The temperatures on the display panel on the door towels the customer what temperature the unit is set at but not the actual temperature inside the unit. Manufacturer states that the fresh food section can be anywhere between 30 and 40? as an average temperature and still keep product good. I advised the customer to move the produce in the fresh food section around to allow better airflow and to monitor the temps over the next two weeks. All other checks ok."

"Inspected the unit and found a loose screw inside the basket. The screw does not go to anything on the unit and must have been missed placed in there during installation. Unit is functioning properly, all checks OK"

Inspected unit and found the dishwasher on the same breaker as disposal and the breaker switch was a GFCI. The breaker would trip as soon as I had hooked up the dishwasher to the breaker line. Per the manufacturer a dishwasher should be on a dedicated non-GFCI line. I advised the customer to contact electrician and have them switch the GFCI breaker over to standard. No other issues found.

"Inspected unit and found damage to the right refrigerator door, baskets and shelf on the door. Found multiple screw holes in the side of the door where the mullion attaches. Called Lowes ext warranty and provided them with the diagnoses. Damage is not normal wear and tear. I advised the customer to contact Lowes ext warranty about their coverage."

Inspected unit and found damage to the door boot. The damage is not covered by warranty as it is not normal wear and tear.

"Inspected the unit and found large amount of detergent builtup around the wash motor, and found the float switch stuck, which was causing the unit to have incorrect water level readings. Cleaned off the float switch and reset it. Used wash motor. Ran a test cycle and for the first 30 seconds the water was cold before it became hot. I advised the customer if they want more hot water used during a cycle to running the hot water at the kitchen sink for roughly 30 seconds before starting the dishwasher. Recommended using affresh cleaning tablets each month to keep the unit clean and to dissolve excessive detergent buildup. Advised the customer that most cycles only air dry the dishes and to make sure to select heat dry if they want the heater to activate, and to use rinse aid on a regular basis. All other checks ok."

Inspected the unit and found the crisper drawer shelf partially cracked and the wheel not staying on the shelf. Took photos of damaged shelf. Spoke with Lowes extended warranty and Shelves and baskets not covered under warranty. Provide the customer with an estimate for the drawer and shelf.

Fill tube is leaking and water freezing the door frozen customer to thaw out; ordrng 1 W11415785 (Tubing)

Tested unit and found that the unit was leaking around the heater and it had a shorted thermistor. Informed customer that the unit was leaking around heater where it inserted in the tub and even with a new heater the unit could potentially still leak due to how loose the heater was installed. Customer wanted to proceed with repair with the knowledge that the unit could still potentially leak even after the new heater has been installed. I installed the new heater and it is functioning normal unit is still leaking around the heater. Attempted to silicone around heater and tighten up as best as possible to help with the leak. Informed customer of the unit was still leaking but it was just a minor leak. I also leveled up the unit because it was shaking and bouncing all around. Unit checks OK

Replaced timer under part warranty and showed customer timer was advancing and showed her it was spinning forward.

Fixed lid lock on washer and instructed customer to get the outlet fixed.

Checked unit over found that the unit needed rollers and idlers greased. And cleared zipper out of front of drum. Checks ok

Replaced vent assembly and insulation checks ok

Cleared rag out of drain pump screen while unit was stacked. Tested after and it drained fine.

Found agitator bolt completely backed out of drive shaft causing agitator shaft to come off. Reinstalled agitator and bolt.

Icemaker alarm is out of position not allowing motor to rotate and eject ice. Remove clogged ice from icemaker cycled unit everything checks OK

Found unit has noise coming from the evaporator fan hitting ice found normal defrost cycles. Advised customer humidity level may be to high in home along with an abnormal amount of fresh food door opening several weeks prior created huge frost build up. Cleared all frost. Checked all components. Unit checks ok.

Unit is throwing up sy ef error code. Noticed on the back of the unit the ice build up and sweating from the lines against the back wall in several places. Customer is going to think about repair.

Installed new soap dispenser, cycled and unit tested okay

Install new main board assembly, checks okay

Customer stated that pods or liquid soap isnt dissolving. Customer has tried all settings and it still isnt dissolved. Ran unit to test. Water valve is cutting in and out when unit is filling. Inspected unit and found loose connection at water valve. Secured connection and ran to test. Valve is operating as it should. Soap wasnt dissolved because unit wasnt moving enough water. All ok.

Unit is now showing a 3e error code. Powered unit off then back on and code cleared. Ran unit in spin only with load to test. Unit rocked bad at first but smoothed out. Unit is as level as can be in this spot. Unit only rebalanced once before it spun out completely. Tested motor and sensor and both are good. Ran rinse and spin with load to test. Unit got to 14 minutes and stopped. Unlocked door and did not advance or restart.

Customer stated that ice maker freezes up and stops producing ice. Unit is in need of ice maker update kit. Thawed ice and performed service bulletin. Cycled ice maker to test and verified compressor comes on. All ok. Advised customer to dispose of first full ice bucket and bucket should be full in 36 hours.

Customer states that unit wont dispense ice and makes funny noise when it tries. Unit is making ice fine. Removed ice bucket and found ice under it and in auger tines. Removed ice and installed ice bucket. Cycled and unit is dispensing as it should. Flapper door is closing fully. Ice cube most likely got stuck in flapper and allowed ice to melt then refreeze. Advised customer on what to look for in the future if problem reoccurs.

"Customer states that unit isnt working. Put unit into diagnostics to check for errors. F0E3 overload error, F8E1 long fill error, F5E2 lid lock failure error. Suspension is tight. Advised customer on overloading of unit. Lid lock is working as it should in test mode. Ran valves to test and hot is slow to fill. Removed hoses and found nothing blocking screens.
