Ran a test cycle and the unit filled with water and washed without any leaks, drained the unit out again and drained without any issues. Customer stated the unit was leaking randomly. This can be from the filter allowing food through. Filter will address the issues. Called Lowes extended warranty and provide them with information. This is considered not normal wear and tear and not covered under the warranty."

"Upon arrival unit is plugged in but dead, no cooling, no lights or fan. No ui. Checked wall outlet was one of those GFIs, tried to test and reset, checked breaker flipped off and on. Wall outlet is bad need electrician to fix. Plugged in unit to another counter top outlet, appears to be running ok. Customer also pointed out needs dispenser paddle for water replaced it is broke in half.
