"Customer states that they are having issues with the display and the door does not want to open. Upon arrival the display was blank but with the unit had interior lights. Found that the clock was not set. Set the time on the clock and the display is bright. Checked function of all buttons and they're working as they should. Ran into the test and it is heating as it should. The door will not pop open due to the way the unit is installed. It is a countertop unit that the customer has mounted underneath, the cupboard above the counter. The cabinet is warped, causing the door to bind up. No repair possible. "Inspected unit and found unit had code for long drain. Put unit into a diagnostic mode. Ran an automatic cycle on it and unit would not drain at all. When I went to the manual test, unit did drain, but then stopped abruptly. When all water was drained out of unit, i spun the unit. Unit made loud noise when spinning. Customer also concerned with large amount of grease underneath washer. Gave customer quote for gearcase. Customer declined repair."

Gave customer quote for motor and pump but advised that there could be more potentially wrong with it once I start the repair. Also informed customer that motor is on back order. "Customer states they are getting errors when starting the washer. Found F5E2 door lock error, F1E2 MCU error, and F8E2 dispenser system error. Ran diagnostics cycle and unit operated as it should. Removed top to inspect dispenser. Found corrosion and leaks. Water leak has caused issues with the dispenser motor. Door lock is testing good but is very weak sounding.
