"F0E2. Suds error. Unit was unable to clear suds through suds abatement cycle. F7E7 unable to reach targeted spin speed due to suds. Test ran washer through component activation cycle with error. Test ran through calibration cycle without error. Test ran through diagnostic cycle to self check all components, completed without error. Contacted Whirlpool in regards to suds. Advised to have the customer do a tub clean twice and then run all of the clothing in the house through the washer without soap and then re-clean the tub at least twice to help remove excess soap buildup internally from the time the customer started using the washing machine. There is no fix that can be made to correct the issue for over sudsing other than doing vigorous cleaning cycles on the washing machine"

"Customer stated that unit wont spin and clothes are soaking wet. Forced unit into drain and its not draining. This is why it wont spin. Inspected unit and found clothing stuck in drain pump causing no drain. Removed tub to access and removed clothing from pump. Calibrated unit and ran to test. Unit is operating as it should. All ok. Advised customer on proper loading, cycle selection, and use of laundry bags for small/delicate items."

Customer stated that after drying rugs unit wont tumble and just hums. Cannot turn drum by hand. Removed front and found nothing in blower housing causing it to lock up. Freed motor by hand and cleared unit of lint. Reassembled and ran to test. Motor is starting fine each time. Unit is heating and is quiet. All ok. Please mail out receipt.

"Customer states that unit isnt finishing out cycles and shows F21 error. F21 is a long drain error. Ran diagnostics to check for errors. F21 long drain, F33 pump system drive error codes present. Removed lower panel and inspected pump. Nothing in pump. Replaced pump and ran to test. All ok. Unit is draining out at a good pace now. Unit is advancing on as it should."

"Unit is located in a business lunch break room. Inspected the unit and found the compressor kicking on and pulling 5.0 A but then shortly after dropping under .20 A. The fan in the freezer section function properly and was running. Both the fresh food section in the freezer section were above room temperature. The compressor is warm to touch and the condenser/compressor fan was running. They are going to replace the unit. All checks OK"

Showed this to the customer and they said they typically leave the hot water valve off and only run on cold. Customer is aware of the error code in the potential issues with having a hot water valve turned off. Cleaned out the drain pump filter and ran a test cycle unit is fine with water and draining properly. All checks OK
