"Upon arrival unit temperature read 0F in freezer and 38F in refrigerator checked with infrared gun. Unit was running and cooling fine. Customer stated, a couple of weeks back unit just started beeping on its own, was unable to power off from ui, so she unplugged for 15 secs. Started beeping again then unplugged for 1 hrs. Unit worked fine for a little over a week then started beeping again. Never noticed any cooling issues, abnormal noises etc. checked evap, fan and damper all ok. Explained to customer how unit cools and things to look for. Possible issue with ui or main control going bad, unit does not give out error codes, is a side by side professional series. Collected service call and told customer to monitor."

Instructed customer that they needed to have the drain hose replaced or cleaned out and that it would not be covered under warranty because it is not a normal wear and tear. Once she gets the drain hose cleared out if she continues to have issues I told her we would come back out.

Inspected meat drawer items and none are frozen at this time. Inspected air damper and it is operating as it should. Damper for drawer is opening and closing. It was set to 3/4 open. No ice build up or frost in freezer. Nothing blocking air return. Unable to duplicate concern of items freezing.

Condensation forming from side-by-side deli drawers running down on top of the freezer door gasket and then freezing. Center divider between the two drawers is pushed out not allowing the two drawer gaskets to seal properly allowing warm air. Called whirlpool recommended replacing both mullion dividers with harness; rqstng P&A on 1 W11294550 (Divider..) and 1 W11028805 (Secondary mullion..) and 1 W11170612 (Harness..)
