Inspected unit and found a good amount of gunk and food built up around the drain filter and drain line. Cleared out the filter and ran a drain cycle. Strong odor was coming from the unit and the drain line. And made adjustments to the door gaskets to make sure is closing properly and no leaks. Made adjustments to the drain line. I advised the customers to purchase Affresh cleaning tablets and run them once a month through the unit and to keep the door slightly ajar to allow proper air circulation and prevent smell from building up inside the unit. Also recommended they use rinse aid on a regular basis. The affresh cleaning tablets will also help to clean the drain line. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found ice maker in door had frozen up and clogged the ice chute. This had made the solenoid freeze up and cause only crushed ice to come out. Found gapping between the liners causing warm air to freeze up around the ice maker assembly. Defrosted ice maker and clear chute as well as ice bin. Sealed up the freezer with food grade sealant. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found red wire going to control board had burnt completely off. When plugged in, stove was giving a bad line code. Change control board as well as stripped down the red wiring and changed the connector to it. Ran all burners and preheated stove to 350. Temperatures looked good. Ran convection bake to double checked fans were working properly. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found moisture still gathering along the ceiling of the freezer. Tech num 12 was out here and had previously sealed along the freezer. Checked gasket was sealing up properly. Found major bowing along the left wall by the ice maker. Called tech line and spoke with John. He had said we need to replace the freezer and gasket. He also stated the gasket needed to be sealed along the inner track on the door. File number 84818801 ; O-emld tckt
