Inspected the unit and found the drum not turning once I start cycles activated. I could hear the motor activating at the drum not rotating. Remove the front panel and control board and lower panel and inspected the underside of the drum. Found a large amount of lint buildup on the control boards and pulley and wheels. Cleared off and found the belt had come off the pulley due to the pulley catching on part of the motor wiring harness. Made adjustments to the wiring harness and reset pulley and reconnected belt to the motor and pulley. Used wire ties to secure wire harnesses out of the way. Reassembled unit and run a test cycle. All checks OK.

"Customer states that unit wont fill at times, makes a grinding type noise in spin, and wont unlock when cycle is finished. Ran diagnostics to check for errors. F2E1 stuck button, F1E2 motor drive module over voltage, F0E3 overloaded present. Ran diagnostics to test functions and all work in test mode. Noise during spin is from the rotor. It is loose. Bolt came out. Reinstalled rotor and calibrated. Ran to test again. Unit began to malfunction in test. Lid locked and unlocked several times. Unit needs main control. ; ordrng 1 W11419171 (Control)"

Customer states that unit vibrates and shakes. Inspected unit and found lint built up one one side of the blower wheel. This causes the blower wheel to go out of balance and vibrate. Cleared blower wheel of lint and ran to test. All ok. No more vibration.

Unit has a vibration from the motor area. Removed front and jumped door switch; ran unit to test. Vibration is coming from the wiring harness. When harness is removed from clip that secures it to the base the noise goes away. Secured harness and noise is gone. Had customer listen and they are satisfied. All ok.

Door boot is torn in the same as the old one. Inner basket has come loose from the mounting flange. This allowed tub to sag and tear the door boot. Inner basket needs replaced but is no longer available. No repair possible.
