Inspected unit for proper voltage. When inspecting found molex connector for power cord not fully inserted. This caused a loss of voltage and erratic operation. Secured connector and unit began to run. All fans are running, and compressor is running. All interior lights work and user interface functions as it should. Customer is remodeling and moved unit. In move connection came loose. Advised customer to monitor temperature and should be within normal in 24 hours."

"Customer claims they have only try to use it maybe once or twice since they had the stove. Plumber broke the oven knob initially when they did the LP conversion. Took a while for new knob to come in. They said the plumber came back out to put on the new knob, so the first thing i done was pull off the knob carefully and the center part stayed on the stem. There is stress cracks in the plastic of the new knob allowing the center piece to come off or spin inside and read inaccurately. Took pics and videos compared to smaller oven knob and when you turn on when the oven light comes on. Smaller oven comes on right before temp readings, other broken knob sometime after 200F. Customer wanted me to also check out griddle. Set temp and took readings with infrared gun but not sure if surface temp is supposed to read to what thermostat and switch says.
