Upon arrival customer stated that unit takes forever to heat and that convection fan wont run. Inspected unit and found bake element shorted open and fan motor shorted open. Advised customer that element is on back order from Whirlpool and we have no eta. Fan motor is available. Quoted replacement. Customer is going to try to find bake element and will call in if he can find it.

Upon arrival customer stated that unit intermittently wont advance in sensor dry. Inspected unit and found thermostat reading on the low side of good. Ran unit to test. Found timer motor getting voltage but not advancing. Tapped on motor and timer advanced. Unit needs thermostat and timer.
