Checked out the unit and found the unit would not power on. Check the junction box and found one of the wires burned. Made adjustments to the junction box and was able to get the unit to start. After running a test cycle found that after the unit fills with water starts leaking from a crack on the inside of the tub. Auth #134GLRA Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and found that the bake element would not kick on and had a burn mark in the side of it. Turn the breaker off and pull the unit forwards made several adjustments to the wires on the back of the unit and to the control board due to a couple wires being shorted out. After making the adjustments, ran a test cycle and the unit was heating up correctly. Check OK"

Checked out the unit and found a large amount of frost and ice spilt up on the back wall in the freezer section and was not allowing the cold air to blow into the refrigerator. Remove the back wall and steamed all of the ice out. Advised the customer to also do a manual defrost for 24 to 48 hours to help clear out any ice buildup in the airways. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found the unit heating and completing the cycle. Ran a diagnostics on the dryer and found no issues regarding heating. Remove the dryer vent off the back of the unit to make sure they had good air floating into the vents of the house. Recalibrated the unit and the temperatures were also in the correct ranges. Noticed the top of the dryer starting to get warm during the cycles. Advised the customer that if the issue continues to make sure they have their vent lines cleared out.
