The unit does not operate because of voltage at the neutral side. Customer is getting electric supply fixed. If issues persists the main board will need replaced again due to shorting. Unit should function fine once voltage is corrected.

"Customer states that the icemaker will not harvest ice. It cycles, doesnt harvest but overfills with water. Removed icemaker and thawed. Reinstalled icemaker and cycled test. Icemaker has proper voltage to the motor but it is sluggish to cycle. This is why it wont dump the ice. The unit needs the icemaker. ; ordrng 1 AEQ72909604 (Ice maker)"
