Inspected the unit and found the cold water line completely blocked at the inlet valve. Removed the water line and cleared the filters and show this to the customer and advised them to have a plumber out to inspect their water softener and their cold water line and flush it to prevent damage to the inlet valve. All other checks OK

Checked out the unit and found an overloaded error code and an out of balance error code. Ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit completed it with no issues. Advise the customer to make sure when running their load sizes that they stick on the normal cycle and make sure they watch their load size due to overloading issues. Checked OK
