F4E3 restricted air flow, F4E4 line 2 voltage error, F2E1 stuck button, F3E2 moisture sensor open error present. Restricted air flow can cause long dry times. Voltage is good and moisture sensor is good. Ran unit without vent in timed dry to check temperature. Unit is cycling between 137-162 on high. Nothing blocking blower housing or duct. Hooked vent up and checked air flow at exterior of home. No air flow outside. Advised customer to have vent cleared and this will help dry times."

Before touching the unit technician noticed that one of the mounting screws was not there found the mounting screw has fallen through the base of the cabinet customer got large washers but whoever installed the unit drilled too many holes for the washers to hold customer putting new wood down tech again did not need to remove unit from wall at all

"Customer states that unit is going out of balance. Checked for errors and found F0E5 off balance, F7E1 basket speed fault, and F2E1 stuck key. Unit has off balance and speed error because the drive hub is loose/worn. Attempted to remove wash plate to inspect hub and driveshafts but it will not come free. Quoting of drive hub, transmission, and wash plate. Customer to think on repair and call in if they wish to proceed."
