Per owners manual this should maintain a rapid boil. After 10 minutes unit barely brings water to boil. Temperature fluctuates a lot and burners short cycle. Odds of all burners having a bad temperature sensors are slim. The main control isnt sensing the temperature correctly. Unit needs the main control. The control is no longer available. No repair possible. Part number for the board is 8285347. Cost to install if customer finds the board is 135.00.

Cycle history shows drain/spin cycle of 139 minutes. Not out of balance during this cycle. Unit passes all diagnostic tests. Unit fills, lid locks, agitates, drains , and spins as it should. Suspension is tight, no oil leaks from gearcase, no signs of loose or broken wires. No abnormal noises during cycle/tests. Ran drain/spin cycle to test. Cycle time should be 10 minutes. Unit finished in ten minutes. Unable to duplicate concern. Reset control. Advised customer to use and monitor. If problem reoccurs it is most likely a control board issue.
