"Customer states that unit is not filling up the ice bucket in 48 hours. It takes over a week for it to fill the bucket without dispensing any ice from it. Frigidaire supplied to customer with a new icemaker and new main power control board. Ran tests and found the icemaker working properly. Sensor tested good but the temperature in the icebox is about 35?. Not enough to continue to maintain ice production. Installed control, and icemaker. Verified that the icemaker is operating correctly now. Advised customer that unit should fill the bucket within 48 hours."

"Inspected the unit and found water buildup in the bottom of the dishwasher. Removed the filters and found a few pieces of debris in the drain pump area. After removing the filters and the debris they appear to have a slimy grease like substance all inside the water and on the filters. Photos taken of what appears to be grease on the filters. Plugged in and ran a test cycle and activated the drain pump. The unit ran for about five minutes and removed no water, tech could hear the drain pump running and making a noise but no water flowed through the drain line. Provided info to the manufacturer and advised the drain pump, impeller and possible drain line would need replaced. ticket# 4169206927 Manufacturer declining coverage on the unit due to food grease in the unit and causing blockage and pump failure."
