Installed new door boot while finishing job noticed that the tub had dropped and fell to the base of the machine. One of the tub hanger springs snapped in half caused damage to tub half where the spring hangs from also damaging shocks recommended new tub shocks and hanger springs. Called Lowes to inform them of the situation and parts cost with labor to replace all parts. They are going to exchange the unit. He informed me to go ahead and bill out for any parts and labor that were already installed. Pictures are attached of the damage to the unit

Found icemaker fill tube frozen not allowing the unit to fill with water. Removed all covers and checked both heaters and voltage supplying them to icemaker. Everything checks out OK thawed out unit waterline and applied aluminum tape to prevent future freezing. Unit is filling with water and checks OK.

Unit not cooling due to entire evaporator cover vents frozen with ice. Cannot remove component without damaging it. Drain tubes are clear. No errors present at this time. Unit needs to be completely thawed out 72 hrs and plugged back in. Customer just moved into home with this issue present.

"Customer states that lid wont lock at times and selector wont change cycle. Put unit into diagnostics and found; F0E3 overload error, F5E1 lid switch fault, and F2E1 stuck button error. Ran diagnostics test and it finished with no issues. Unit isnt always sensing lid closed. Unit is stuck in a cycle and wont allow changes. Installed lid switch and calibrated unit. Unit ran with no issues all ok."
