Checked unit over found that the freezer section was completely jam packed full of food. Removed all the food out and found that it had blocked the airflow and got into the fan assembly. The fan assembly is shorted out. Unit needs a new fan assembly. I did inform the customer that due to the fact that this was completely packed full of food and it had gotten in causing issue with that fan it is not covered. Called and spoke with Brittany and she documented the information.
