Found evaporator thermistor not secured to bill evaporator. Secured sensor. Tested sensors at harness and they are testing within spec for the temperature it is at. Checked unit over found that the unit was not heating in the oven in the front right in front left burner were not heat up at all. Needs new thermostat and front right in front left switches. Unit is about 50 years old in the kitchen unit is missing model and serial tag. Pictures attached. "Customer states that unit isnt cooling well in the fresh food section and upper ice maker stopped making ice. Inspected and found evaporator covered in frost. Frost is keeping air from moving to upper section. Unit isnt defrosting. Forced unit into defrost and control is sending voltage to the heater and through it but not through the defrost thermostat. Ice maker stopped making ice due to frost build up. Unit needs air handler kit, defrost thermostat, and heater. Customer to thaw unit for 48 hours. ; ordrng 1 242046001 (Defrost thermostat) and 1 5303918410 (Defrost heater), used 1 5303918784 (AIR HANDLER) from stock"

Customer states that unit wont advance past the rinse portion. Put unit into diagnostics to check for errors. F8E1 fill error present. Unit wont advance because unit looks for cold water only in rinse. Forced valve on and it gets voltage but barley opens. Removed hose to inspect for blockages. Some rust in screen. Cleared screen and ran to test. Valve still not opening fully. Unit needs valve assembly. ; ordrng 1 W11210459 (Water valve)
