Tested cord to make sure there were no breaks in the cord. Tested voltage at the outlet and found the outlet itself without voltage on the one leg. "Unit constantly throwing miscommunication codes between the control board and the motor also throwing codes for the unit being overloaded. Unit needs new controls and motor assembly. Rear bearing is dragging and loud when spinning this is what is causing the unit to throw a motor overload code or off-balance code. "Inspected the unit and found the outer tub leaking at the bottom right portion of the door. Also found upper and lower dish racks damaged and rusting, door gasket and lower gasket failing and causing the unit to leak, also found the wash motor making an abnormal grinding noise while running with low water pressure. The unit is 15+ years old and located in the kitchen. Damage is normal wear and tear, recommend replacing the unit due to age and part of availability.
