Technician is unsure of what caused poor airflow since we did not discover a blockage. Advised the customer to run multiple cycles.

But the unit was still doing the same error code, so I went through and did some calibration and diagnostic cycles and at the very end I got a error code which related to the stator and the rotor not communicating with each other.
