Removed rear panel and found the line wire to the bulb shorted. This is why it is inoperable and popped. Repaired damaged terminal end and installed bulb customer supplied. Light is operating as it should. Voltage to the light is correct at 122vac. Control switch and door switch are operating as they should. All ok.

Customer states that the unit isnt drying. It has been working since the last repair up until recently. Unit has an absent heat source error. This is why the unit isnt drying. Inspected the heater and found it close to touching the tub. Adjusted heater to give more clearance. The thermal fuse under the tub was tripped. When it is tripped it shuts down the heater. The thermal fuse was tripped because the heater was too close to the tub. Reset thermal fuse and ran diagnostics cycle to test. Heater is drawing 7.48 amps. Well within specification. Unit is now functioning as it should.
