Inspected the unit and found a large amount of dog hair buildup down by the pump area and the door bellow. Ran a test cycle and found E 21 error code for long drain meaning theres a blockage in the drain pump. Leaned the unit back and shook the drain lines and the pump. Tried to release any blockage and got better water flow through the drain line. Advised the customer they have some kind of blockage in their drain line and that would not be covered by Warranty and provide them with a rough estimate. Customer declined cleanout at this time.

"Inspected the dishwasher and found unit has an improper extended drain line which is a smooth rubber hose and had two cut points that was clamped together with copper piping inside of the hose, causing major restriction not allowing dishwasher to not drain properly. Removed smooth, extended drain line and had enough line from the original dishwasher to connect to the garbage disposal and dishwasher is draining properly. Also noticed customers venting system for the drain underneath the sink is not venting properly, causing gurgles this will affect how the dishwasher will drain as well. Recommend the customer have a plumber come out and check out the drain line venting system. She also states a couple other fixers in her home are slow to drain as well."

"Checked out the unit and found out the icemaker was not dumping any ice and had no water in the icemaker. Remove the icemaker and recalibrated it. Also, the customer stated the water dispenser would get stuck and just keep dumping water.
