Advised customer of process in ordering die filter and main board. "Checked out the unit and customer stated that it kept on the breaker on them. Check the power cord and found that the cord was hooked up properly and all connections going to. It were in good shape. Plugged the dryer up and ran a test cycle after running a few test. The unit was operating correctly and we are not having any issues. The unit has good airflow going out of the back of the unit. Advised the customer that if the issue continues, they would need an electrician to look at the outlet box. Check OK"

"Checked out the unit and found that the customer had the unit unplugged due to the unit not cooling. Plugged the unit back up and also found that the people that owned the house before had removed the icemaker and it had a icemaker error code when the unit was plugged back up, and the icemaker is no longer in the unit. Reset the error codes and recalibrated the control board on the refrigerator. Advise the customer to give it 48 hours to see if it starts cooling properly. Due to the freezer over freezing and the refrigerator not getting cold enough. Checks OK"

Checked out the unit and found that the dryer when starting a cycle is causing a dragging inside the unit. We had to disconnect the dryer and remove it from where it was sitting due to not being able to work on it and its location. Disassembled the unit and found that the drum and heating element were dragging together and causing the motor to short out. Found a dent in the back left corner of the dryer which overtime has caused the motor to burn out. Called and informed the property management regarding the issues.
