"I inspected the washer. Customer was saying that the washer was getting stuck on the sensing cycle and not moving forward in any other cycles. Previous issue was that the unit was not agitating. I changed out the actuator the capacitor and also the main control because there was some issues with the drain pump constantly running as well when I was doing the other repair. I went ahead and did a fast factory test cycle this go round. The factory test cycle completed with no issues. I then had the customer start a cycle that they would normally use, which was a normal cycle on sense fill. I didnt notice and the customer notice that the unit stopped and paused a couple different times during this portion and started filling up with water again. I was also noticing the sound of water that was leaking out and noticed that there is no standpipe behind the washer in the water is just dumping underneath the house. The drain hose is laying on the floor and the water is gravity feeding out of it with a steady stream of water leaving while its filling. So this is why its intermittently stopping during cycles because its losing water while its trying to complete a cycle and the unit has to keep stopping and starting to refill. I informed the customer of the importance of a standpipe and that this hose needs to be set up with an air gap so will not allow gravity to drain out the water so the unit will complete cycle. We tested this theory by arranging the hose temporarily to put an air gap in it to where the water is not draining out while the unit is filling by doing this the unit completed the fill portion and went to the wash cycle and started doing the wash cycle. Unit is operating as it should. It is justa install installation plumbing issue that needs to be resolved by either the landlord or the tenant who may make some kind of standpipe."

"Inspected the range and the customers concern was the bridge burner on the left and the what appears to be a dual burner on the right he was complaining that those two burners were not working according to what was showing on the knob. I switched the two knobs and explained the functions of the knobs and the two burners and showed him by actually using the knobs on the different burners when I switched the knobs. Customers concern was at the burner was not going to low when he had it in the low position on the knob, but its because of the knob was installed incorrectly. The unit is working fine with no issues."

Installed two control boards and tested washer. Washer is now running as it should.

"Customer saw water on the right front corner, which is the area where the drain pump is that I replaced. I took off the front cover. I saw a little bit of water build up there, and I saw that there was a little leak coming from the top of the hose right where the backside of the tub hose connects to the front portion of the drain pump it look like part of the rubber had kind of gotten up on that little fin and opened up a little hole, so I went ahead and backed it off readjusted it tightened it back up, tested it twice. Unit is not leaking anymore."

Installed new control board and tested unit. Unit is now operating as it should.

Inspected the unit and found abnormal sounds coming from the compressor and dampener motor. Temps in the fresh food section between 45 and 50? and temps in the freezer section around 15?. Temp an abnormal noise indicating a failure of the compressor. Removed back kickplate and found no repairs or noticeable damage to the rear components. The unit would need a dampener and the compressor for the sealed system replaced. Notified customer. Customer advised they would contact us if they wish to move forward through repair. The unit has been doing this since installed per the customer.

"Inspected the unit and found the flame pattern needed adjusted on the burners. Adjusted pattern, all check OK."

"Inspected the unit and found the gearcase shaft with a hairline crack and leaking grease all over the components on the underside, photo attached. Unit wont detach from basket and tub. Rotor/stator/clutch covered in grease, parts need replaced. Found the lid cracked and not closing properly, photos attached. Entered diagnostics and the drain pump would constantly run and and error code of F6E2 for miscommunication. This is a major repair/rebuild of the unit and not a recommended repair. Tech recommends to replace the unit. Additional labor and a second tech required for repair. Advised the customer if the repair is approved it could take several weeks for parts to arrive and the unit would need to be relocated to the garage for repair. Checked out the unit and found that the unit was hooked up to a single valve for the hot and cold line and the hotline was not dispensing properly. The unit would take too long to fill and get stuck in a full cycle. Advised the customer to have the valve switched to two independent lines to make sure that it is getting the correct water pressure. Checked OK

"Checked out the unit and customer stated that it was not making enough ice. Upon arrival found that half the bin was full of ice and ran a test on the icemaker and the icemaker cycled and filled with water. Turned the temperatures down inside the freezer to try to help it, freeze the ice and dump it faster. Advised the customer that it typically takes a couple days to fill the ice bin. Check OK"

"Checked out the unit and the customer stated that when they run a cycle, they hear a popping noise. Found where the dryer is sitting the indent in the floor are very large on the carpet and tried leveling out the best. We could also tried lubricating the legs because when the unit would teeter back-and-forth would cause a poppy noise. Check OK"

"Checked out the unit and the customer stated that it did not seem like the dishes were drying properly. Put the unit into diagnostics and found no error codes. Found that the rinse aid was empty and advised customer to make sure they keep the rent aid full due to this style of washer, needs rinse aid to help dry and air dry the dishes properly. Checks OK"

Installed new parts and went to run a test cycle but customer had a plumber out there the day before and the shut off to the dishwasher is very rusty and hard to turn. Advise the customer to have a plumber look at the shut off. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found one going through a drain cycle. The drain pump is struggling to pump any water. Customer had already diagnosed the unit and drained all the water of the unit. Putting a new drain pump on it. Checks OK; ordrng 1 203885 (Drain pump(ship to customer he would like to install)

"Checked out the unit and found the unit throwing a F7e4 error code, which is a basket re-engagement failure. Ordering parts.; ordrng 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor) and 1 W11195971 (Stator)"

Inspected unit and found the unit with a large amount of ice on the floor of the freezer. Found frost build up all along back wall. Door gaskets look good and sealing properly. Took evaporator cover off and found the evaporator with a full frost pattern and defrosting properly. Found drain trough and line clear. Found cracks in the liner of the unit. Pointed them out to customer and explained that this can allow excess moisture inside the unit and that it was not repairable.

"Inspected unit and found unit squealing and thumping when tumbling. Found bearing glide broken off of top bearing asm. Found holder for bearing glide broken and could not hold a new one. "SR#7741954325. Check unit over, found that the unit was grinding when it was spinning and would barely move. Found that the unit had also been leaking water. Unit needs outer basket, inner tub, gear case, stater and rotor, along with a new agitator. Spoke with Whirlpool third-party and several of these parts were on backorder. Customer does not want to be waiting multiple weeks for this repair. She is reaching out to them to cancel the warranty and buy a new unit. I called and spoke with Whirlpool third-party and documents at all the information."

"Inspected the unit and found that at some point the bottom tray had been flooded out with water. Removed water. Ran test cycle and observed hoses and gaskets for any leaking. Found no leaking. I did, however find an abundance of suds within the unit indicating a possible over sudsing. Advised several options to remove suds to the customer. All checks OK"

Removed the door from the oven. Disassembled the door along with all layers of glass. Secured handle. Reassembled door. Reinstalled door. All checks OK

"Inspected the unit and found a failed control, ignitor and temperature sensor. Customer declined repair."

Inspected the unit and found what seemed to be some kind of unnatural damage to the internal cavity liner as if something had grounded into it like a power tool. 415408063 sent report to Bosch.

"Inspected the unit and found a failed belt and pulley. Replaced parts with truck stock. All checks OK; used 1 D511255P (BELT), and 1 38225P (PULLEY) from stock"

Inspected the unit and found a warped drum/bad suspension. Customer declined repair.

Checked out the unit and found that the door was not closing properly due to a large amount of frost inside the unit. Cleared out a lot of the frost and made adjustments to the door gasket to help it close properly. Check OK

Checked out the unit and found a faulty lid lock switch. Replaced the lid lock switch and ran a recalibration cycle. Checks OK.; used 1 W11307244 (DOOR LOCK) from stock

"Checked out the dryer, and the customer stated that it was taking several cycles to dry a load of clothes. Ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit was heating and continued to heat the entire cycle. Advise the customer that they would need to have their vent lines cleaned coming out of the back of the dryer due to poor airflow. Check OK"

Checked out the unit and found that the unit would not power on. Tried hooking the Nufy up and the Nufy would also not power on. Checked the junction box and found voltage coming to once out of the wires but not the other set. Advised the customer to have a electrician look at it to resolve the issues.

Checked out the unit and found that the wires going to the junction box were corroded and not letting the unit power on due to a poor connection. Cut and re-spliced the wires. Tried running another cycle and the unit still would not power on. Remove the door and check the control board and found out the control board and display our shorted out and would not respond. Advised customer of the issues and the cost of the repair and they do not want to proceed further.

"Checked out the unit and customer stated that the rinse aid was just pouring out of the dispenser. Cleaned the gasket around the rinse aid and made sure it was closing properly. Filled the dispenser up and cleaned up all of the residue. After checking, multiple times found very little rinse aid coming out of the dispenser. Wiped it up and checked again, and the residue that is coming off of the dispenser is due to it being overfilled. Customer also had a complaint that the dishes were not drying properly and that was because they were not using the rinse aid since it was just leaking out. No parts would need to be replaced at this time. Called and informed the warranty company Auth #6736-4661-1915"

Checked out the unit and found that the icemaker compartment was completely plugged full of ice. Steamed all the ice out and reset the icemaker. Advised the customer that if the unit does not make ice within one to two days that he would be looking at a new icemaker. Check OK

Checked out the unit and found that when turning the breaker on it would immediately blow the breaker. Checked the junction box and found that the wires and the junction box were shorted out and blowing the breaker. Advised the customer they would need an electrician to look at the issue to resolve it. Checks ok

"Checked out the unit and found that the waterline for the dispenser was not sticking all the way down through the slot, so when dispensing water, it was running down the back of the dispenser. Made adjustments to the line and also to the door gasket due to some leaking at the top of it. Checks OK"
