"Checked out the unit and customer had a video of it, making a clanking noise when going through a spin cycle. Ran a test cycle and removed the rotor stater off the back of the unit and made sure there was no debris stuck in it and tightened up the rotor bolt. Checked out the unit and found when starting a cycle the unit would power off shortly after starting it. Checked underneath the cover plate on the front and made adjustments to the flood sensor and the wires going to the door.
