"Picked up the unit and found that the temperatures in the freezer were sitting around 25? Also, the refrigerator temperatures were around high, 30 to 40? and would occasionally get up to 48 for the customer. Went to diagnostics and did a software update on the refrigerator. Also advise customer to give it 48 hours for the temperatures to fluctuate back down to where they should be. Check OK."
