Cleaned up the water and cleaned up the sensors. Ran a test cycle and found no leaks coming from the wash motor or drain pump. Drained the water out and reset the control board. All checks good.

Inspect the unit and remove the front cover and found the tub extremely rusted along the bottom and large amount of calcium buildup all over the out of the washer. Found calcium buildup at the top of the washer from what looks like overloading the unit. Advised the customer and showed him the large amounts of rust on the washer and tub. Ran a test cycle and found water coming from the outer tub and leaking onto the floor. Advise customer. They will need to look at getting a new unit. All check good.

"Inspected the unit and the customer had unplugged the unit and remove the back cover and defrosted any ice buildup and defrosted the drain line. Removed the lightbulb from inside the unit for the customer due to the lightbulb not working. Advise a customer to finish defrosting the unit for another 24 hours to help any ice buildup that we are unable to get to in the drain. All checks good."

"Inspected the unit and found the back wall of the freezer was completely covered in ice and the drain line was also plugged up with ice. Found ice in the bottom of her refrigerator from the water leaking. Removed the back wall and steamed all of the ice and steam, the drain line out to prevent any further ice buildup. Advise customer that if the issue returns that she needs to manually defrost the unit for 48 hours due to the drain line that we are unable to defrost. All checks good"

Inspect the unit and found a UB and UR error. Push down on the basket and was able to push the basket quite a waste down which indicates the suspension rods are worn out. Advised the customer that the suspension rod is normally the issue with the thing shaking out of balance. But there could be a sensor not balancing it correctly. Ordering suspension rods ; ordrng 1 DC97-16350U (Suspension rods)
