Checked out the unit and ran through diagnostic cycle and then recalibrated the unit. Also tilted the unit back and remove the dry belt and cleaned up a little bit of oil that was on the pulley and the motor. Reinstalled the belt and ran it through a second calibration cycle. Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and found one going into a spin cycle makes a loud clanking noise and goes off balance. One of the gears inside the gear case is broken and has caused the unit to not balance properly. Also, the inside of the unit is tearing up the tubing. The unit is approximately 15 to 20 years old and customer does not want to proceed further with the cost. Checks OK"

"Checked out the unit and found that the fan in the freezer was not spinning, and the customers heard a noise in the freezer and then everything stopped working. Checked the freezer and found frost building up on the outside of the evaporator cover, which indicates an over freezing in the evaporator. Advised customer to do a 48 hour defrost to thaw out the ice so the fan is not hitting anything. The unit started warming up in the fresh food section and the top icemaker stopped working as well. Checks OK"
