"Arrived and found that the outer oven door glass was completely broken and shattered. The glass was down inside the oven and the drawer and had not been cleaned out yet. I took pictures and spoke with American home shield. When outer doors are broken, it is not something they cover because they do not consider it normal wear and tear. These outer doors are not subject to having heat on them so theres no reason they should be broken unless something has impact."

Inspected the unit and found an i.e. error code for insufficient water. While running a test cycle found no water running into the tub. Found the shut off open underneath the sink to the dishwasher. Due to the way the floor and countertop is installed tech couldnt remove the dishwasher to inspect further. Advised the customer they would need to find a way to remove the unit for proper access and the reach back out to their warranty.

"Inspected the unit and found good airflow through the dryer, but not to the exterior of the home. Ran multiple test cycles and found no lancer debris on the exterior of the home from test. Photos attached of exterior vent line. Recommend the customer have the vent line cleaned out. Vent line is over 20 foot with multiple 90s."
