Inspected the unit and found that the dryer got up to temperature. And everything mechanically passed all tests on the dryer. Customer stated that the unit vented through the roof and that he cleans it all the time. I stated that this is 100% a venting issue and I recommend a certified company come out to ensure the vents are clean.
