Condenser fan is not running but the fan has an inline thermostat that may not be warm enough yet. Warmed up condenser thermostat and the condenser fan came on. Unit is drawing .7 amps. This is below specification. Heat exchanger has signs of corrosion. Inspected evaporator and found it frosted over. Tested the defrost heater and it is shorted open. Bi-metal is testing closed and would not open when warming it up. Unit is cooling poorly due to a bad defrost heater and bi-metal. Found neutral and ground tied together on the terminal block. Removed and properly installed the power cord. Checked all elements and they test good. Both temperatures sensors test good at room temp. Ran both ovens in bake at 350. Both ovens got to 350 in under ten minutes. Both ovens also maintained the temperature as they should. Temperature in both ovens never got below 350. Unable to duplicate concern of ovens not heating. If the problem reoccurs the unit will need the main control and daughter control.

They state that their old dishwasher was also staining dishes orange. Advised customer that this is most likely rust in the water causing the stains. "Inspected the unit and found the drain pump constantly running. Placed unit on inside and inspected the underside and found corrosion and damage to multiple wire harnesses and the drain pump extremely hot to the touch, also found the wash motor assembly not latching in and securing properly to the tub due to the tub being warped. Unit has multiple issues and not a recommended repair. ; rqstng P&A on 1 DD82-01376A (Sump assembly) and 1 DD82-01435A (Tub) and 1 DD81-02150A (Drain pump) and 1 DD81-02146A (Wiring harness) and 1 DD81-02147A (Control)"
