Inspected the dryer customers concern is that the dryer vent light came on. I explained to him that sometimes a dryer can detect some of the lint that is left in the lint trap area. I recommended that he cleaned that area with a vacuum. I did do a paper towel testto check for flow. His flow is good. His heating is good. I also talk to him about the eco-boost setting to get maximum heat to disengage that setting.

Resecured harnesses and ran a test cycle while shaking the harnesses and it did not power off. Also found lint buildup on the front of the door of the dryer. Pulled the dryer away from the Wall to allow better airflow. Advise the customer if the unit is not getting good airflow it cant overheat and shut down for several hours until it cools down. Advise to customer they can run the unit about to monitor if the issue returns and try to get a video. All other checks OK"

Checked out the unit and found some frost at the top center of the door only about 3 to 4 inches across. Found that the door was sealing all the way around properly but also noticed a dent on the inside of the door that could be causing additional warm air getting inside the unit. Applied silicone around the cabinet of the refrigerator to help it seal properly. Checks OK
