Inspected the unit and found the compressor running longer than it should be. There was ice buildup on the back wall and not able to keep it cool at the right temperatures. Recommended customer do a complete defrost on the unit and give it 24 to 48 hours. All checks good.

Checked the fridge temp, didn't do anything to solve the problem. The other guy back in 2023 did the same thing. I'm sorry but I bought a warranty, but.
Russel, I am sorry you are still having an issue with the refrigerator. My notes indicate that the unit was working at factory specifications when the technician was out on 2/22. If something has changed since the visit, please notify your warranty company and they will authorize a new dispatch to us for the technician to revisit. Thank you.

He replaced and fixed my appliance quickly but when returning my appliance to its place had put a good ding in my upper cabinet. When I mentioned it he was surprised I witnessed it and had no words for the incident. I can fix it myself I guess but an apology would have been appreciated. Just know also when you first call for service that it probably won’t be fixed as they have to come in and verify you have a receipt and look at your appliance before they even order a part although you give specifics on the problem and model number. They also have proof of purchase and registry of the appliance but still need receipt. Not sure why.
