"Check unit over, found that the string rotor had come loose and were grinding. I was able to tighten them down and ran the unit through a test. The inside of the basket wobbled excessively and would not balance a load. Suspension rolls all tested well unit unit needs new tub assembly. Spoke with homebuyers and they are not continuing with repairs."

"File#87087143. Checked unit over, the fill tube was frozen. Heater in fill tube is completely shorted. This is not a repairable issue. Spoke with Frigidaire and they put it in for replacement options."

Checked unit over found unit was stacked. Unit is not draining properly. Unstacked unit disassembled and cleaned out drain pump. Reassembled unit. Check OK
